Overview

The Admin Panel - Design System aimed to unify the visual language, components, and interactions across various administrative tools used internally.

I designed a scalable and modular system that incorporated reusable UI components, colour schemes, typography guidelines, and interaction patterns. The system aimed to provide a cohesive experience and facilitate easier navigation and task completion for administrators and internal users.

Problem statement

The existing admin panels lacked consistency, leading to confusion among users while navigating different applications. Inconsistencies in design elements, layouts, and interactions resulted in a fragmented user experience, hindering productivity and efficiency in managing administrative tasks.

Target audience

The primary audience comprised internal administrators, managers, and employees responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of the company's applications. Additionally, developers and designers working on these applications were also key stakeholders.

DESIGN GOALS

Consistency: Establish a unified visual language and design elements across all administrative tools to ensure a cohesive experience.
Usability: Enhance ease of navigation, readability, and accessibility for users interacting with the admin panels.
Scalability: Develop a modular and adaptable design system that accommodates future updates, new features, and evolving application requirements.
